What's the difference between the Platform and the Compliance Desk?
The Platform is self-service software: you run your own SCRA compliance using our tools. The Compliance Desk is a managed service where our team handles verifications, documentation, reporting, and training on your behalf. Same technology, different operating model. Choose based on whether you have compliance staff to run the process or want us to handle it.
Can I change tiers?
Yes. Upgrade or downgrade at any time. Changes take effect at the next billing cycle. You can also switch between self-service and managed service.
Do you offer volume discounts?
Yes. We offer annual prepay discounts and volume-based pricing for larger portfolios. Contact us for details.
What integrations do you support?
Professional includes REST API and webhook notifications (12 event types with HMAC-SHA256 signed payloads). Enterprise adds PMS integration support for Yardi, RealPage, and Entrata, plus SSO/SAML with self-service IdP configuration.
Is there a setup fee?
Platform plans have no setup fee. Compliance Desk plans include a one-time onboarding and setup fee ($5,000-$15,000 depending on tier) that covers policy development, workflow integration, and initial portfolio assessment.
How does evaluation work?
We'll assess your SCRA exposure and walk through the platform with your own data. You'll see where the gaps are and how civrel eliminates them.
Do you offer SCRA compliance training?
Yes. We offer half-day SCRA compliance workshops covering fundamentals, DMDC verification, and enforcement case studies. Training is included with Enterprise Platform plans and all Compliance Desk plans. Available as an add-on for other tiers.
